International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy


This general issue of the JSDLP seeks to present and analyze legal and policy issues of critical importance for implementing sustainable development.

Examples of suitable topics for submission include, but are not limited to:
  • Environmental and social safeguards in international trade and investment agreements;
  • Land use law and sustainable development;
  • Corporate social responsibility;
  • Trade and intellectual property rights in genetic organisms;
  • Environmental and social considerations in WTO dispute resolution;
  • Natural resource conservation laws; and
  • Best practices.
